It was very good stay, I liked outstanding food.

The rooms were brand-new and great-sized with feather pillows and spectacular views. The location was absolutely perfect to get the shuttle at the airport. It had an authentic restaurant for dinner.

It's fairly clean hotel nestled in an elegant style building in the good area. The room is spacious and equipped with climate control, an individual safe, and multi-channel television.

I was here for 1 night and ate at authentic restaurant at 2nd floor. The setting was unbeatable and nice, so close to the airport by taxi, very good Chinese Restaurant, and nearby high speed rail station or train station. It also was on the executive nature of the executive lounge ….

Only stayed 1 night, as we didn't have time, but glad that chose this extremely convenient and well-organised hotel. The location of the venue was unbeatable, really close to the train station.

The hotel was excellent modern and good standard and placed in an elegant-style building. Our room was nicely updated with great modern amenities, and we appreciated having access to wake-up service. Good service, as the staff were lovely friendly. The location of this venue right by Taiwan was favourable.

All in all unbeatable setting right by the airport and the subway station as well as restaurants, food and service.

Fine base for discovering Taoyuan with incredibly attentive staff with good foods and valuable service given by the very kind staffs. Ideal and decent location in Taoyuan, really close to the Taipei Main Station the center for the extensive METRO rail network, very good Chinese Restaurant and the taoyuan high speed rail.

Perfect location by Bus Stop 2 in Terminal 2 was a plus.

It has perfect and ideal location right next to MRT.

The hotel was spotlessly clean based in an elegant style building with very attentive and exceptionally attentive staff. Had a safe, multi-channel TV, and a fridge in my a double room. The provided breakfast was varied with many different foods to select from, pastries and also the official standard rate.

The location was nice for first time visitors to Taoyuan. The room was well-appointed and the view over the lake was spectacular. The check in was quick, the staff was amazingly attentive

Impeccably clean place & attentive staff with the service by the staff. Absolutely perfect and decent location so close to MRT and airport, the express MTR, and metro links to the airport and the city centre in a very relaxing area.

The room was well-appointed and offered with a bath, shower plus complementary water bottles. Had coffee & tea making facilities and fridges at our disposal.
